Privacy Policy – Reachy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Verblike LLC (“Verblike,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Reachy mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Reachy, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information. You can use Reachy with an anonymous account or by signing in with Google or Apple. When you use an anonymous account, we create a random account identifier that is not linked to your name or email address; if you later sign in with Google or Apple, that identifier may be linked to the resulting permanent account. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we may receive your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image, depending on the information you authorize the provider to share.
  • Creator and onboarding information. We collect information you enter about your niche, content topics, personal themes, storytelling style, goals, progress, equipment, camera preferences, available time, notification choices, and similar creator preferences.
  • Content you submit. Reachy processes ideas, notes, captions, scripts, prompts, links, chat messages, and other content you provide to generate hooks, writing suggestions, plans, and coaching responses.
  • Voice input. If you choose to use voice input, Reachy requests access to your microphone and your device’s speech-recognition service to convert speech into text. Reachy uses the resulting text as content you submitted. Processing of audio by Apple, Google, or another operating-system speech provider is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Support communications. We collect the information you include when you contact us for support, submit feedback, or report a problem.

Purchase and subscription information

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which process your payment. We do not receive your full payment card details. To activate and manage your subscription, we and our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat, receive information such as your subscription status, purchased product identifier, purchase and renewal timestamps, transaction identifiers, and an app user identifier.

Instagram and public content information

If you use Instagram profile analysis or related content-research features, you may submit an Instagram username or public content link. Reachy may collect and process information that is publicly available through Meta’s Instagram Graph API and public web-search results, including:

  • Instagram username, account identifiers, display name, and profile image;
  • biography, website, follower count, following count, and media count;
  • public post captions, hashtags, mentions, formats, timestamps, permalinks, images or thumbnails, and public like and comment counts; and
  • derived information such as content themes, posting cadence, format mix, engagement estimates, writing patterns, Creator DNA, and suggested growth actions.

Account discovery may use Meta’s Instagram Graph API, Meta Pages Search, and a public web-search index, including DuckDuckGo. Public web-search matches may contain only a username until additional public profile information is available through Meta.

Reachy does not obtain private Instagram messages, private posts, account passwords, saves, reach, impressions, watch time, or private audience demographics through this feature. Availability depends on the account type, privacy settings, and data returned by the relevant platform.

You should submit only accounts and content that you are authorized to analyze. Do not use Reachy to collect sensitive information, harass another person, or violate another person’s rights or a platform’s terms.

Reference links and trend information

If you provide a public Instagram or TikTok link, Reachy may retrieve public post information and, when needed to provide the requested feature, process the public video or audio to generate a transcript. Reachy may also retrieve public trend information based on the niche or topics you select.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and analytics data. We collect app events and measurements such as screens viewed, feature usage, onboarding choices, analysis status, generated-content interactions, coarse follower or media count ranges, content category, and a one-way hash of a submitted Instagram username.
  • Device and technical data. Our service providers may collect information such as IP address, device type, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate region inferred from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic identifiers.
  • Crash and diagnostic data. When the app fails or encounters an error, we may receive crash reports, stack traces, device and app configuration, feature context, and other technical information needed to diagnose the issue.

Reachy does not currently request precise location and does not use advertising SDKs to serve behavioral advertisements. Reachy does not request an advertising identifier for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create and secure your account;
  • provide profile analysis, Creator DNA, content ideas, hooks, and coaching;
  • personalize recommendations according to your goals and preferences;
  • save your onboarding progress and selected settings across devices;
  • process purchases and manage subscriptions and entitlements;
  • process public social-media links and trend requests you submit;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Reachy;
  • measure feature performance and understand aggregate usage;
  • detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • respond to support requests and communicate service-related information;
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements; and
  • protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, Verblike, and others.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Reachy uses artificial-intelligence services to provide content generation, profile insights, transcription, trend summaries, and chat responses. To provide a requested AI feature, Reachy may send the relevant portions of the following information to OpenRouter and model providers made available through OpenRouter:

  • your prompt, idea, script, note, chat message, or generated-content request;
  • creator preferences and Creator DNA used to personalize the response;
  • public profile fields, public captions, public engagement counts, and derived signals used for Instagram analysis; and
  • public video audio or a transcript when you request processing of a reference video.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal information that you are not authorized to share. Information submitted to AI providers is also subject to their privacy practices and any underlying model provider’s practices.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Google Firebase. We use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, Analytics, and Crashlytics for authentication, cloud storage, backend processing, abuse prevention, analytics, and diagnostics. Google Firebase privacy information.
  • Google and Apple. We use Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple to authenticate users. These providers process information according to the choices you make with them.
  • RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and entitlements. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription-status information from the Apple App Store or Google Play together with an app user identifier. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
  • Meta and Instagram. We use Meta and Instagram services for Instagram authentication and retrieval of public account and media information. Instagram Privacy Policy.
  • OpenRouter and AI model providers. We use OpenRouter to route certain content-generation, analysis, transcription, and chat requests to AI models. OpenRouter Privacy Policy.
  • Apify. We may use Apify to retrieve public social-media content, reference-video information, and trend data requested through the Service. Apify Privacy Policy.
  • DuckDuckGo. We may use DuckDuckGo’s public web-search results to identify publicly indexed Instagram profile pages. DuckDuckGo Privacy Policy.
  • Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our agreements, investigate abuse, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Reachy stores some information locally on your device, including saved ideas, cached images, saved Instagram analysis, analysis history, and local preferences. Removing the app may remove locally stored information, subject to your device’s backup settings.

Account information, onboarding answers, completion records, settings, and certain feature results may be stored in Firebase. We retain account-linked information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

Temporary login records expire after a short period. Some trend information may be cached by niche or topic and may not identify a particular user. Analytics and crash data are retained according to our configuration and the retention practices of Google and other applicable service providers. Providers that process requests on our behalf may retain information according to their own policies.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Reachy account from the app by opening Settings → Delete account. You may also use our account deletion page.

Account deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account and the account-linked Firestore records maintained by Reachy, including your user document, onboarding completion record, and account-linked research jobs. Information stored only on your device may remain until you delete the app, clear its storage, or remove that information through the app.

If you use an anonymous account, deleting the app or signing out without first linking a Google or Apple account may permanently disconnect you from that account and the information associated with it.

Deletion may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups, security records, or analytics and crash systems where it is retained in an aggregated, de-identified, or provider-controlled form. We may retain information when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion of your personal information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request a portable copy of certain information;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
  • complain to your local data-protection authority.

You can decline microphone, speech-recognition, and notification permissions through your device settings. Some optional features may not work without the relevant permission.

To submit a privacy request, contact us at info@verblike.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. International Data Transfers

Verblike and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. These measures include authenticated backend requests, access controls, encrypted network connections, and restricted server-side credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Reachy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Reachy, contact us at info@verblike.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Links

Reachy may contain links to websites, social-media posts, and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Reachy, our providers, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy and revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
